Garlic prawns with coriander

Prawns from the market, fried up with butter, lots of crushed garlic, salt, pepper and coriander. We had them with a very simple salad of thinly sliced fennel and some bread. Even though I used to live in Japan, I can’t bring myself to eat the tails.
