This is from a few weeks ago — a breakfast made with delicious Spencer’s Brook ham from WA (we spent Christmas in Perth), and herbs from the garden. Kate made the perfect poached eggs.

Fried eggs with mayonnaise, preserved lemon, anchovy & watercress


A quick lunch for a light hangover. We picked up the preserved lemons a few months ago from Diggers Club in Herronswood and they have a lovely soft spicyness to them.
