Fish tacos

Made with my tortillas and spicy red sauce. I cooked the fish (rockling) using a dry rub recipe found here (which, incidentally, was my inspiration for starting this blog). I’ve never cooked rockling before – it had a surprisingly meaty texture for a white fish. And Kate made a delicious guacamole:
