Pan fried ocean trout, steamed vegetables with ginger and garlic

If anyone is paying attention to the dates on these posts, no, we didn’t have 3 meals in one night. I’m just catching up on posts – I have got in to a good habit of taking photos of my cooking, but I don’t seem to get around to posting them…

I just fried the fish in a little oil, salt and pepper.

And steamed some bok-choi and broccoli with some sliced ginger and garlic; served with a little splash of dark soy and a squeeze of lemon.
