BBQ snapper, grilled capsicum & zuchinni

We made this for a dinner in Perth a few weeks ago before we left for Spain.

I coated the fish with lemon zest, herbs and seasoned flour before cooking on a hot barbecue.

I also grilled some capsicum and zucchini, and K made a delicious lentil salad and some beans to go alongside.
